This policy describes what we collect when you use fillerclip.com and what happens to it. The short version: your media is processed to make your cut, deleted automatically on a short schedule, and never used to train models or sold to anyone.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and basic profile via Google Sign-In. We never see your Google password.
- Media you upload: stored and processed (transcription, rendering) solely to provide the service.
- Transcripts: cached so you can re-edit without paying for transcription twice.
- Purchases: handled entirely by our payment provider — we receive the transaction reference, the pack purchased and your email, never your card details.
- Technical logs: standard server logs for reliability and abuse prevention. No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies.
Retention
- Uploaded source files and rendered outputs: deleted automatically within 24 hours.
- Transcripts and your credit ledger: retained while you have an account; deleted on request.
Information sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service — cloud storage, database, speech-to-text transcription, sign-in and payment processing — and only as needed for those functions; to comply with legal obligations; or to protect the rights and safety of us, our users, or the public. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: your sign-in session and a language preference. There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@fillerclip.com. Media deletes itself on the schedule above regardless.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the higher age required by local law).
