Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you bought a credit pack within the last 30 days and it is unused or barely used (no more than 10 of its minutes), we'll refund the purchase in full — no questions asked. Email support@fillerclip.com from your account email with the order number from your receipt email (or simply reply to the receipt).

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 3–10 business days.

Failed or faulty processing

If processing fails on our side, the minutes it charged are refunded to your balance automatically. If a finished export is corrupted or clearly wrong, contact us — we'll re-render it or refund the minutes, your choice.

EU/UK buyers

By purchasing digital credits and starting to use them you consent to immediate supply of digital content; this does not affect your statutory rights, including the 30-day guarantee above.
